SCM Supervisor (AD)

The mission of the position is to lead, plan, coordinate, implement and control all supply chain activities and functions to meet budget and supply chain targets (e.g. maximize delivery performance, reduce cost and inventories) and to represent the plant/operations unit towards internal and external contacts regarding SCM topics. The Supply Chain Supervisor initiates, manages and implements action plans for continuous improvement of all supply chain relevant processes.

▪ Define the plant supply chain strategy and translate into action plans;

▪Implement and monitor specific policies, procedures and standards for SCM;

▪Contribute to strategic, budget and operative SCM planning of the BA;

▪ Define SCM targets and ensure the achievement under consideration of internal and external customer expectations and contribution;

▪Represent the plant/operations unit towards internal and external contacts regarding SCM topics (i.e. process requirements)

▪ Initiate, participate in and/or steer local supply chain related and cross-functional projects;

▪Participate actively in the activities of environmental health and safety

▪ Participate in supplier selection, evaluation and development

▪ Ensure compliance in plant/operations unit SCM

▪Conduct employee dialogues, personnel development and coaching

-Superior degree in Business, Logistics or Engineering;

-SCM experience in industry;

-Advanced English;

-Experience in Warehouse, transportation and inventory management;

-Enterprise IT Skills (ERP, WM);

-Supply Chain, conflict and project Management;

-Experience in continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing;

-SAP qualification (expert).
