Engineering Supervisor - Product Development (CAD)

• Leading a team of design engineers and technicians;

• Approval of 3D models and 2D drawings of components and assemblies respecting CTAD and customers' standards and regulations;

• Design of 3D models and 2D drawings of components and assemblies respecting CTAD and customers' standards and regulations;

• Support in technical and project specific customer care;

• Support CAD team;

• Development new CAD standards and processes modeling methods and standards (e.g. processes, guidelines, tools) valid for all segments in terms of increasing effectivity and efficiency;

• Continues improvement CAD team.

• Completed technical academic degree (eg. Dipl.-Ing., Dr.-Ing., Master of Sience, or comparable);
• Engineering experience in the automotive industry;
• Experience in leading people is preferred;
• Professional experience in the design of parts and products for the automotive industry;
• Professional experience in modelling parts and assemblies with preferred CAD systems (e.g. Catia, Solidworks);
• Experience with GD&T;
• Knowledge of production technologies and materials;
• Knowledge in FEM, CAE methods;
• Technical and analytical thinking;
• High level of written and spoken English (minimal B2).
