Responsabilidades e atribuições

▪ Responsible to lead, plan, coordinate, implement and control all supply chain activities and functions to meet budget and supply chain targets, as well as to represent the plant/operations unit towards internal and external contacts regarding SCM topics;

▪ Initiates, manages and implements action plans for continuous improvement of all supply chain relevant processes;

▪ Define the plant supply chain strategy and translate into action plans based on plant/operations unit, BU SCM and Group strategy;

▪ Initiate and manage plant/operations unit SCM optimization measurements to improve the efficiency, reliability, and cost situation in cross-functional teams;

▪ Participate in supplier selection, evaluation and development;

▪ Ensure coordination of demands/demand changes with customers together with BU SCM (depending on BU requirements);

▪ Perform regular production planning and control processes in close cooperation with production function of plant/operations unit according to demand plan, production control plan, work instructions and standards;

▪ Lead the SCM team;

▪ Execute operation with external logistic partners according to standards; 

▪ Define and ensure operation of internal material handling and transportation (internal logistic) for raw materials and finished goods (semi-finished goods are excluded) according to standards and planning;

▪ Perform inventory and warehouse management, inventory handling and operate all plant internal warehouses for raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods including receiving and shipping and monitor inventory;

▪ Manage and perform delivery to customers, freight management, customs clearance and packaging management according to standards.


Requisitos e qualificações

-Superior degree in Business, Logistics or Engineering;

-SCM experience in industry;

-Advanced English;

-Experience in Warehouse, transportation and inventory management;

-Enterprise IT Skills;

-Supply Chain, conflict and project Management;

-Experience in continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing;

-SAP qualification (expert);

-Experience in a leadership position.
