• Project management: project leader of air springs development projects, including: project integration, management of scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications , risks, procurement and stakeholders.
• Application engineering: lead product related discussions and activities with customers and suppliers, supporting business and supplier development. Support operations in product industrialization, warranty analysis, product and process improvements.

• Superior degree education;
• Advanced English;
• Product and manufacturing processes knowledge;
• Project management skills;
• Good skills in problem solving, negotiation, financial math;
• Good skills in building partnerships and working in a multicultural environment.
